Job Overview
The Sales and Marketing Manager at ITME Center will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth for our Multipurpose Convention Center. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in venue sales, marketing, and event promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote venue rentals and internal events, conferences.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and traditional methods to reach target audiences.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, event planners, and industry professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with clients to customize packages and offerings to meet their specific event needs.
